Conlon Bonner
Our CEO has years of experience helping organizations find success through implementing custom Belonging strategies that address their conflicts. He has worked extensively within the worlds of education, theater, city governments, and corporations. He is a Certified Inclusion trainer and keynote speaker. He is a published author creating “A Cultivate Series.” He has traveled nationally and internationally speaking toward psychological safety, kindness, and overcoming personal and organizational challenges.

Martina Huntington
Martina is a keynote speaker. She has special expertise in counseling and coaching toward psychological safety and internal conflict. She has experience for addressing support pertaining to adaptive needs and disabilities.

Amy Brown
Amy Brown graduated with a BA in social work from the University of Utah. She has worked as lead supervisor at The Boys & Girls Club as well as a counselor in youth corrections at the Salt Lake Juvenile Detention Center. Most recently she has been volunteering once a week at a women’s shelter in Salt Lake City serving meals and once a week with special needs children. She also served as the PTA President for 2 years at her children’s elementary school. She is excited to be a consultant with Cultivate and help everyone feel included.

Wendy Dang is one of the co-founders of Época: An Acting Class for People of Color. She is an actor, writer, and theater enthusiast and strives to elevate talent and organizations with her inclusive expertise.

Yahosh Bonner
Yahosh has been a MC, host on BYU TV, motivational speaker on Hope Works, and has traveled throughout the United States sharing the great potential each person has within themselves. He advises and coordinates efforts of diversity, equity, and inclusion at American Heritage School.

Jennica Anusua Galloway
Jennica has grown and worked in various diverse contexts as an artist, writer, and mental and public health professional. She is a transnational adoptee initially raised in an orphanage, a childhood cancer survivor, a mental and public health professional, a writer and artist, a passionate researcher engaged in work across different contexts and countries, and a woman of color consistently striving to foster connection, empathy, and equity in every space that she encounters. She is thrilled to be a part of the CULTIVATE community and team, and to continue expanding the conversation around equity, diversity, inclusion, and safety within Utah.

Marissa Roper
Marissa has worked with multiple school districts helping with cultural events, coaching and presenting for safety in the education. She helps resolve conflict inflicted on individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. Her insights proves to be a valuable strength and asset of CULTIVATE.
